Rocket Web Design guarantees satisfaction with your custom website and logo design. After personally working with you to collect the information we need to design your custom website, the first phase of our process is to provide you with screenshots of what your website will look like. Before we begin to program at all, you must be completely satisfied with the custom design we have created for you. If you are not satisfied with the initial design/s and decide not to proceed with revisions, you are entitled to a full refund. Please understand that because we are designing your website specifically for you, it may require a revision or two to get exactly what you want. This is a completely normal part of the process that allows us to always hit the mark. Please take this into consideration when choosing which package is right for you, as revisions are an integral part of collaborating to get exactly what you need to be satisfied with your final design. Please note that the guarantee does not apply to any package that does not include revisions.

Once you have accepted and approved the designs, we move on to the programming part of our process. Any changes to the design of the website at this point will be charged on an hourly basis. Please make sure to submit any and all design changes prior to approving your design for programming.
